Who we are
QuarterSuite is operated by Bonita Payments, LLC ("Bonita Payments," "QuarterSuite," "we," "us"), a payment-processing and merchant-services company headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. This policy describes what information we collect across QuarterSuite.com and the connected QuarterSuite products (QuarterMaster, QuarterCapital, QuarterDeck, QuarterPointe, QuarterSupply, QuarterKey), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone, and the organization you represent when you create or are invited to a QuarterSuite account.
- Merchant and processing data — business information, ownership and underwriting materials, and processing activity routed through Bonita Payments and its processing partners.
- Usage information — pages viewed, features used, device and browser metadata, IP address, and approximate location, collected through standard logs and first-party analytics.
- Communications — contact-form submissions, support requests, and other messages you send us.
How we use information
We use information to operate QuarterSuite, underwrite and service merchant accounts, coordinate capital and training programs, prevent fraud, meet legal and card-network obligations, improve the platform, and communicate with you about your account or products you have asked about. We do not sell personal information.
How information is shared
- With our processing partners (including Fiserv and TekCard) and acquiring banks as required to board, service, and settle merchant accounts.
- With service providers that host infrastructure, send email, provide analytics, or otherwise help us run the platform, under contract and limited to those purposes.
- Between QuarterSuite products when you are authenticated — your single sign-on lets connected products see only the information needed for the workflow you initiate.
- When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bonita Payments, our merchants, or the public.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in across QuarterSuite products (the apex-domain session cookie that powers single sign-on), remember your preferences, and measure how the platform is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some features, including sign-in across products, will not work without them.
Data retention
We retain merchant, transaction, and underwriting records for as long as required by card-network rules and applicable law (typically a minimum of seven years for financial records). Account and usage data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational obligations.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging across QuarterSuite products. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your choices
You can update or correct your account information from your QuarterSuite account, opt out of non-essential email by following the unsubscribe instructions, and request access to or deletion of personal information by emailing the address below. We will respond consistent with our legal obligations.
Children
QuarterSuite is built for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of QuarterSuite after a change means you accept the updated policy.
